Choose weekly or every-other-week reminders. We’ll text opted-in customers on Wednesdays before their service week with a link to book and pay. Each pickup is confirmed after payment, subject to availability. You won’t be charged automatically.
Email [email protected]. Cancellation or rescheduling is free before Friday at 10 AM preceding your Saturday pickup. After that cutoff, a $15 late cancellation fee applies. The time your email is received determines whether the deadline has been met. All times are Orlando local time.
If the driver arrives during Saturday’s 10 AM–1 PM window and bags are unavailable at the designated spot, a $20 missed-pickup fee applies. If no service is performed, we refund your prepaid amount minus the applicable fee. If Sunday Linen Co. cancels, we offer rescheduling or a refund for unperformed service.
No. Leave securely closed bags in a safe, sheltered location before 10 AM Saturday. Include gate codes and access instructions when booking.
Everyday machine-washable and machine-dryable clothing, towels, sheets, and pillowcases may share a standard 13-gallon bag. Bags must close securely and must not be overstuffed, torn, or likely to tear when lifted.
We do not accept blankets, comforters, pillows, rugs, pet bedding, dry-clean-only or hand-wash-only garments, or items requiring air drying, ironing, or specialty care. Items contaminated with bugs or bed bugs, or containing blood, vomit, feces, chemicals, or heavy oil/grease are not accepted.
Tide Original or Tide Free & Gentle is included. You may supply your own detergent; leave it with your bags, clearly labeled with your name. Optional scent booster is $1 per bag. Stain pretreatment is $2 per item: place those items in a separate small bag inside the laundry bag. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
Yes—submit a business inquiry for an individual review of your laundry type, volume, pickup and return schedule, and delivery fee. Laundry service is $2 per net pound, weighed upon arrival before washing. Payment is required before processing. An inquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a pickup.
